Ms. Flerida Labanon, program coordinator of the regional programs of the National Council on Disability Affairs on NCR, Regions Xl, Xll, Caraga & ARMM.

 Ms. Labanon will give a situationer, government laws, policies and programs for persons with disabilities and issues and challenges.

She is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science and Bachelor of Law in Ateneo de Davao University. She also passes the Local Scholarship Program - a government scholarship program given to government employees; and the Licensure Examination for Teacher Civil Service examination.

Way back 2003 she is one of the coaches of the Philippine team during the 6^th International Abilympics – Olympics of for person with disabilities that tests their vocational skills in New Delhi, India.
